Blackpool boss Michael Appleton is hoping he hasn't seen the last of Nottingham Forest-linked man Josh Bowler, following their 3-3 draw at Burnley on Saturday.
The 23-year-old winger played the full 90 minutes at the weekend and has not been short of interest from several clubs, including Bournemouth and Fulham. The Reds have reportedly seen a £2.5million bid for the player rebuffed but are set to launch an improved bid of £3m.
The Seasiders have reportedly valued their star at £4m, however.

Asked about whether Saturday's game was Bowler's last, Appleton said: "I certainly hope not, I hope not. I just had a chat with him then and I just said make sure you look after yourself over the weekend, we’ve got a big game on Wednesday.
"It’s live on TV, he gets the opportunity to showcase his skills."
With the possibility of Bowler's departure, the Seasiders' boss admits the club have a plan in place if needed. "It's just the timing we need to make sure we don't kill ourselves and leave ourselves too short," he explained.
"I'm pretty confident there'll be one coming in early [this] week whether there's more we'll see how it goes. Hopefully with one, maybe two coming in that'll see us right."
