Man with 'self-inflicted knife wounds' who was tasered by police dies at scene

A critical incident investigation has been declared after a man with "self-inflicted knife wounds" was tasered by police and died on the Central Coast.

Police were called to Terrigal Drive, Erina just before 4pm on October 17 following reports of a concern for welfare.
