Man 'with brain cancer' who attacked teenagers in ride queue banned from Disney World

A man who claimed he had brain cancer after attacking two teenagers heckling him in a queue at Disney World was arrested by police.

Ramon Aponte Jr, 41, had been waiting in line for the Toy Story Mania ride in Florida when he spotted two boys jumping the queue ahead of him and ransack a nearby stand.

Unimpressed he picked them both up and gave them a telling off.

The pair continued to heckle Aponte from further up the line, leading to shoving and eventually a punch was thrown before he ordered them to back up as he had brain cancer.”

Once they got to the head of the line the teenagers told the employee their ride was for two - prompting Aponte to say: “Two a*******s”.

The name calling prompted more fighting before all three were ordered out of the line.

However the violence continued, according to the sheriff's report, as one of the teenagers was shoved into a pole, forcing him to fall forward as he complained of having “concussion”.

He was taken to Celebration Hospital for treatment with cuts on his leg, arm and knee from falling, a small cut on his right ear and blood on his shirt.

Several Disney employees named Aponte as the aggressor and he was later arrested and taken to Orange County Jail.

The report noted both boys and Aponte are all banned from Walt Disney World Resort properties.

Last month a mass brawl broke out between two families over their places in a queue at Disney World which led to several injuries and one person being taken to hospital.

Footage shows the vicious fight at the entrance to the Magic Kingdom event, at the Florida attraction.

Punches can be seen being thrown inside Fantasyland in the second fight at Disney World this year when a woman suffered head injuries during a fight between visitors over where to stand during a fireworks display in May.

This time the fight began between two families who had just watched “Mickey’s PhilarMagic” show.

Beforehand in the queue a woman returned after leaving the line to get her phone which she had left by accident in her mobility scooter.

She was only away briefly but another family, in matching Disney outfits, refused to allow her to join her family and they pushed her back when she insisted.

Following the show as all the visitors were leaving, the brother of the woman said to the other family: “Listen man, we don’t want trouble, we don’t appreciate you guys pushing my younger sister.”

The woman who had initially sought to re-enter the line was reportedly first attacked and then her brother went to support her.
