Three Tasmania police officers who narrowly missed being shot late on Monday have returned to work, with the alleged gunman still on the loose and believed to be driving a repainted car to evade capture.
Robert George Greig, 33, has been named as a person of interest in relation to shots allegedly fired at officers in two cars who were attending a call near New Norfolk, north of Hobart.
