Man seriously injured in horror Kerry crash

A man, aged in his 20s, in a serious condition in hospital following a single-vehicle crash in Co Kerry in the early hours of Thursday morning.

Gardai have issued an appeal for information following the incident which happened in the townland of Buddihans, Kilcummin, at around 4.10am.

The driver of the car was taken to Kerry University Hospital. The road was briefly closed for a technical examination to be carried out but has since reopened.
