A man in his 50s was found dead yesterday.
Merseyside Police confirmed that a man in his 50s was found dead in his home yesterday. Emergency services attended a house on Salisbury Avenue in Netherton at around 1pm yesterday after reports of concern for the occupant.
Officers gained entry to the house and a man, who was in his 50s was found dead. Officers don't believe there are any suspicious circumstances around the death.

A Merseyside Police spokesperson said: "We were called to a house on Salisbury Avenue in Netherton at 1pm yesterday (Thurs) following reports of concern for the occupant.
"Officers entered the house and a man, who was in his 50s, was sadly found deceased. There are not believed to be any suspicious circumstances surrounding the death."
