Man rushed to Edinburgh hospital with serious injuries after being struck by car

Edinburgh Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh Dalkeith

A man has been rushed to hospital in Edinburgh after being struck by a car in Midlothian on Wednesday, November 30.

Emergency services raced to the scene on Old Craighall Road in Millerhill, Dalkeith, after reports of a crash shortly after 3pm.

The 42-year-old pedestrian was then taken by ambulance to the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh, where his injuries were described as serious. The condition of the driver is currently unknown.
