A man has been left fuming after his 'entitled' neighbour built a small house and playground at the bottom of his garden - thinking he wouldn't notice.
The man admitted he didn't visit the property much as he took ownership from his grandad and lived miles away. However, he said he kept up with payments and taking care of it.
Yet, when he returned to the house, he was surprised to see a new addition to the garden.
