A man said he is being 'hate crimed' by a seagull that dive bombs him every time he walks to work - and swears the bird is laughing at him.
Taylor James, 21, has to run away from the gull to avoid the confrontation and said that as someone who never does excercise, jogging is the worst bit.
He filmed an encounter with the bird and shared it with his fans on TikTok, and in the short clip the bird swoops down on Taylor, from Lancashire, twice.
