Man critical after falling 25ft from wall in Cork

A man who fell at least 25 feet from a wall is in a critical condition in hospital today.

The man, in his 30s, was seen plunging from the wall on Wellington Road in Cork during rush hour on Wednesday, Cork Beo reports.

Emergency services were called and the man was taken to Cork University Hospital, where he was described as being in a "critical but stable" condition.

A Garda spokesperson said: "Gardaí and emergency services attended an incident on the Wellington Road in Cork yesterday, 16th February at approximately 4.30pm."

"A male in his 30s is believed to have fallen from a wall. He was later taken to Cork University Hospital to receive treatment."
