Man City star Jack Grealish sends Arsenal three-word title message after Everton win

Jack Grealish has posted a three-word Premier League title message on his Instagram story after Manchester City's 3-0 win over Everton on Sunday.

After a difficult opening half an hour City strolled to another comfortable three points at Goodison Park, which is now their 11th in a row in the Premier League. Ilkay Gundogan was once again the hero for Pep Guardiola's side, as he netted his second brace in as many matches after last week's 2-1 victory over Leeds United.

The 32-year-old superbly steered home a brilliant volley with his back to goal for the opener, before netting his second and City's third shortly after the break from a free-kick. He also provided a pinpoint cross for Erling Haaland to head home his 36th goal of an incredible debut campaign in the Premier League.

City now just need two wins from their remaining three matches to guarantee another Premier League crown, regardless of how Arsenal get on in their remaining fixtures. Should City get over the line it would be their third league title in a row and a fifth in six seasons, cementing themselves as one of, if not the best English teams of all time.

Grealish was one of four players Guardiola was able to rest on Merseyside ahead of Wednesday night's Champions League semi-final against Real Madrid, with John Stones, Bernardo Silva and Kevin de Bruyne all also starting on the bench. The England international did come on for the final 12 minutes, though, and shared his delight via Instagram with a three-word message.

He wrote 'one step closer', followed by the crossed fingers emoji.
