Manchester City fans have been hailing Oleksandr Zinchenko for his goal-saving challenge to deny Watford.
Full-back Joao Cancelo carelessly gave away possession in the centre circle, sparking a Hornets break spearheaded by Emmanuel Dennis. But with the Nigerian approaching Ederson, the Ukrainian defender swooped it to quash the danger.
Zinchenko was heavily involved in the opening stages as he expertly picked out Gabriel Jesus in the penalty area after just four minutes to open the scoring. The Brazilian got his second of the afternoon shortly after when he headed home from Kevin De Bruyne's delivery, however, Roy Hodgson's side got themselves back in it through Hassane Kamara.

Shortly after the half-hour mark, the two-goal lead was restored by Rodri. City regained their place at the top of the Premier League on Wednesday thanks to three second-half goals to see off Brighton's challenge. Ahead of Liverpool's Merseyside derby clash with Everton, Pep Guardiola's side have the opportunity to allow themselves some breathing space in the race for the title.
Zinchenko appears to be finding his form at a crucial stage of the season. And City fans were all heaping praise on him.
