Man Charged In CEO Killing To Face Extradition Hearing

Luigi Mangione, the individual accused in the killing of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, is scheduled to appear in a Pennsylvania court on Thursday. The legal proceedings will involve a preliminary hearing on the charges he is facing in Pennsylvania, followed by an extradition hearing overseen by a separate judge. During the extradition hearing, a ruling will be made regarding the next steps for Mangione's return to New York to address the indictment, as confirmed by the Blair County district attorney.

Scheduled to appear in a Pennsylvania court for preliminary hearing and extradition hearing.
