Man charged after confrontation over a dog turned deadly on Hollywood Walk of Fame

A dog owner with a history of violence was charged with murder for his part in a group attack that turned deadly on the Hollywood Walk of Fame last month.

Patrick Randall Perry, 55, is the fourth person charged in the broad daylight killing of 37-year-old Berry Le’Mar Henderson on May 20, the Los Angeles Times reported.
