A ring bought on Amazon turned out to be illegal for one man after the jewellery transformed into a knuckle duster. Cody McCall had the ring on his finger on December 5 last year outside The Bodega, Pelham Street.
The bar asked for police assistance after a "tussle" between two people. They saw a man in possession of a kunckle duster at 10.45pm.
McCall walked off when an officer arrived - but one took hold of him and said, "you are under arrest for possession of an offensive weapon".
