Owner of beach hotel left fuming after he is forced to spend thousands clearing up sand

A hotelier has been left fuming after he spends a whopping £1,000 every week to clear away sand from the terrace of his beach-front property.

The hotel manager is now accusing his local council of failing to take action, and is ready to take a stand, reports the Mirror.

John Butterworth, manager of the Sandbanks Hotel in Poole, Dorset, has said the issue has gotten to the point that there's barely a distinction of where the beach begins and the hotel walls end. He also added that dogs are able to jump between the two with ease, leaving his property a mess.
