A man was today arrested in connection with the murder of teenager Nyle Corrigan.
The 19-year-old was shot in Boode Croft in Stockbridge Village on November, 12, 2020, dying from a single gunshot wound to the back at around 6.30pm. Paramedics fought in vain to save the life of Nyle, who died at the scene.
Today, a spokesperson for Merseyside Police said a 25-year-old man from Huyton was arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit murder. He is still in police custody.

A spokesperson for Merseyside Police said: "Detectives have arrested a man in connection with the murder of Nyle Corrigan in Stockbridge Village in November 2020. A 25-year-old man from Huyton was arrested today, Friday, April 15, on suspicion of conspiracy to commit murder.
"He is still in police custody. Nyle, 19, was shot in Boode Croft, Stockbridge Village, on 12 November 2020. He died from a single gunshot wound to the back at around 6.30pm."
The arrest is the 11th to be made over the teenager's death after a 10th in March, but nobody has yet been charged.
