A man and boy have both been found dead in a Paisley flat.
The tragic discovery was made at around 8pm on Monday, May 15 after emergency services attended the property following reports of concern for their welfare.
When police attended the Argyle Street property in the town's west end, both the man and child were found inside, the Paisley Daily Express reports.

Ambulance crews also attended but it was too late to save the lives of those involved.
Police say they do not think anybody else was involved with the incident with the deaths being treated as "unexplained". The ages of those who have died have not been released.
Forensic officers are understood to have been in and out of the property during the last two days and a tent was erected outside the entrance.
Post mortem examinations will be carried out in due course and a report sent to the procurator fiscal.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We received a report of concern for a man and a child at a property in the Argyle Street area of Paisley around 8pm on Monday, May 15.
“Officers attended and a man and a boy were found dead within the property. The deaths are currently being treated as unexplained and post mortem examinations will take place in due course.
“At this time, we have no information to suggest anyone else has been involved. A report has been sent to the procurator fiscal.”
