Man, 49, who got trapped in adventure centre indoor cave dies of his injuries

A man who was rescued from indoor caves at an adventure centre after a fall has died of his injuries.

The family of Carl O'Keeffe, 49, from Lancaster, said he passed away at 3pm on Saturday following the incident at Kong Adventure Centre in Keswick.

He had visited the centre for a birthday party on April 22.
