Make the planet better with a visit to CentralWorld

CentralWorld invites everyone to contribute to making our planet greener and better during “Better Futures Project 2023”, which is running on its 1st floor, from today to Monday.

This is the green expo of the year, held to offer a special space for sharing stories on sustainability where everyone can learn how everyday lifestyle activities such as eating, shopping, working, playing and living can change the world for the better.

The event is divided into six major zones. The “Better Stories: Share Stories Through The Art Book Of Betterment” showcases lovely artwork by popular illustrator Nitta Prapatpakdee, aka Paan Nitta, who portrays sustainability as an endearing and relatable issue to encourage visitors to change their lifestyle for a better world. Also, stop by Central Pattana’s first residential projects booth, which offers ideas for save-the-planet homes.

Designed for young office workers at CentralWorld Offices, a modern office building that focuses on sustainability, the “Better Workplace” zone will present seminars and workshops by partners reputable for their comprehensive energy and waste management.

Then, learn some energy-saving tricks and new ideas to reduce your electricity bills shared by representatives from the Metropolitan Electricity Authority at the “Better Environment” zone; and witness two new electric vehicles from Lexus and Volvo at the “Better EV” zone.

At the “Better Choice” and “Better Style” zones, discover a wide range of green products and services from Uniqlo, Anello, Body Shop, Yves Rocher, Axxa and more.

Visitors will receive a free scoop of “Melting Planet Ice-Cream” after scanning the QR code and joining the quiz at all six zones. For every 1,000 baht spent, you will have a chance to win prizes, or you can opt for a clothing repair service by artist Sang Does Weaves.

Well-known speakers from various fields will take turns to share knowledge and stories. The event is open to everyone and every visit equals one tree to be planted by Central Pattana, under its million trees plantation plan.
