PUNE: The Covid vaccination centres across the state have around 51 lakh Covishield doses and 23 lakh Covaxin doses in stock.
The also revealed that around 1.4 crore beneficiaries across the state were due for their second dose of Covishield, while around 34.86 lakh beneficiaries were due for the Covaxin second dose.
Over 12 lakh beneficiaries were due for their second dose in the Pune district alone, the data showed. Sanjay Patil, chairman, IMA’s Hospital Board of India, Pune chapter, said, “The decline in vaccination is there since February.
It is high time that the government resumes the survey to identify the beneficiaries due for doses and make sure they get them at the earliest.” A total of 14,587 beneficiaries were vaccinated in the district till 9pm on Monday.
