and have finally announced that they’re doing the horizontal tango following a barrage of dating rumours.
In an act which I can only assume is a form of manifestation, Duncan and Evelyn decided to take the same approach as an A-grade celebrity couple by announcing their romance via a video with .

The reporter asks the beaming couple about whether they’re in a relationship and Duncan responds “Yes I am! Well yes, we are!”
“This is Evelyn and Duncan’s hard launch,” Evelyn added.
“It feels good to finally just say it, and it feels kind of exhilarating in a weird, freeing way.”
The pair revealed that they started hanging out as friends after the show but after a couple of nights on the town, Duncan says “the fuzzy feelings happened in my stomach and I thought, ‘What’s this? How we going here?”
“Then…one thing led to another,” he said. TEA!
Thankfully, the new couple said that the rest of their castmates have been incredibly supportive of their union and now they’re stoked to be out in the open with their relationship.
“That’s the part I’m really looking forward to once we’ve come out and said that we’re in a relationship,” Duncan said.
“We can do all those fun things, and not have to sneak around and share all those great moments together.”
I would like to note that announcing their relationship via an official interview is a pretty fishy move.
After all, in the past, all other stars who have couple-swapped after the show posted to IG from their own channels. It seems a bit sus to send out an announcement from the same corporation that helped created their public image if you ask me.
Sexy food for thought, I guess.
Duncan and Evelyn, who are arguably two of the most genetically-blessed individuals I’ve ever seen, were matched with different partners on and their on-screen relationships clearly didn’t work out.
It soon became apparent to fans of the show that there was some serious chemistry between the smoke shows. So when some clues started popping up on social media that their friendship may have turned romantic, fans went absolutely feral for it. And, of course, the clues began to stack up.

The romance rumours between Evelyn and Duncan back in February when Evelyn hosted a viewing party for a few of the Sydney-based cast.
Evelyn and Duncan were spotted pouring drinks into each other’s mouths which, according to , means they were probably boning.
But Evelyn was quick to dispel rumours that anything saucy happened between them.
“Everyone from Sydney was invited,” she told Yahoo! Lifestyle.
“ [] and [] were supposed to come but she had to fly back to Brissy, and [] was sick that day.
“I was stuck with the boys which was fine, we just had a few drinks and watched the episode. There’s definitely nothing there,” she said.
As Duncan’s relationship with still seemed to be going strong on air at the time, there’s no way they would go public. Even if it was true!
Evelyn played the game ‘Fuck, Marry, Leave’ when she appeared on PEDESTRIAN.TV’s podcast, just days after her wedding to aired.
“I would marry Duncan,” she said, laughing that it was an “obvious” choice. He was also chosen by other guests and the hosts themselves on a regular basis.
“I think he’s better looking in real life, and he’s nice too,” Evelyn explained. “It’s like, are you a real person?” she joked.
It didn’t take a rocket scientist to see how well-suited Evelyn and Duncan were during the couple swap. And no, it wasn’t just because their SKYE Suites apartment metaphorically burnt down because of too much hotness in one square meterage.
Not only did they have fun with a sexy photo shoot, they also connected over the wants and needs they expressed to each other during the letter-writing task. I still remember how supportive and empathetic Evelyn was when Duncan poured his heart out to her through the letter he wrote for Alyssa.
Judging by the hand firmly planted on Evelyn’s ass in the steamy video obtained by , it looked like Evelyn and Duncan were finally acting on their hot lil’ connection once officially ended.
The two stars were spotted on the dance floor of a Sydney club radiating the most main-character energy I have ever seen.
In the vid, Duncan is shirtless, glistening like an oiled-up prince as he lifts Evelyn up in the centre of the dance floor. He’s carrying her like a firefighter would cradle a damsel in distress while singing along to a club remix of No Doubt’s “Don’t Speak”.
Meanwhile, Evelyn, who looks as glam and gorgeous as always, is clearly having a ball, laughing as Duncan tosses her around like a fkn rag doll.

Evelyn addressed the rumours around her and Duncan on a podcast with S producer .
“We’re just friends, it was nice to go out and have some fun,” she told the pod.
But Josh said that she didn’t completely rule out anything romantic happening between the pair. According to Josh, Evelyn said “who knows what may happen between them in the future” because they “haven’t explored any connection yet” while the show was airing.
The cast might still be getting their Instagram photos and captions approved ahead of someone posting on their behalf, but it didn’t stop Duncan from sending the dating rumourmill into overdrive with a recent snap.
In a photo dump last month, Duncan put up three photos on a pontoon with the caption “forced to take these”. In the , Duncan can be seeing patting a dog that looks like one of Evelyn’s. Pickles or Mustard.
She might keep her potential relationship with Prince Eric (Duncan) secret but the identities of those dogs are well and truly known.
And look, he didn’t need to post that photo if he wanted to settle the whispers. There were three to choose from? He also could’ve cropped. Begs the question, doesn’t it?
Evelyn posted a recently where the crew were out and about — likely after their 75th visit to The Ivy for 2023. When Duncan is in the shot, he appears to be wearing a chained purse over his shoulder, and also has his arm around someone.
Now, it looks like it’s Evelyn but I can’t be sure. What I do know is, the comments section is going buckwild over it.
Now that they’ve announced their relationship, the real question is: is this a publicity stunt or the real deal?
