Madonna looks fresh-faced on night out with 'bestie' Stella McCartney amid surgery rumours

Madonna and her 'bestie' Stella McCartney enjoyed a night out together earlier this week - and the songstress looked fresh-faced amid rumours she's had surgery.

The 63-year-old was radiant as ever in new snaps shared to her Instagram, alongside the fashion designer and some others.

The Like A Prayer hitmaker let her hair down for a night of drinking and partying with her closest pals, captioning a slideshow of images: "Night Out with my Besties……………"

She looked youthful in the images, with barely any makeup on her face.

The pop star was having a good time as she posed with a cigarette in one hand and a glass of white wine in the other, while giving a smouldering stare to the camera.

Madonna has been at the centre of controversy over her changing appearance recently.

Many have accused the star of going too far with plastic surgery, although the Material Girl has not confirmed she's had anything done.

Even her kids have started to become worried about her 'altered appearance'.

Madonna is mum to sons Rocco Ritchie, 21, and David Banda, 16, whom she shares with ex Guy Ritchie; daughter Lourdes Leon, 25, whom she shares with ex Carlos Leon; and daughters Mercy, 15, and twins Estere and Stella, 9.

Despite doting on her kids, the Papa Don't Preach star is said to have worried her brood with her changing looks.

A source told Heat magazine : "Lourdes, Rocco and the other kids tiptoe around this subject with their mum, but it's reached the stage they're getting concerned about her.

"She isn't ready to give up music - but the whole industry is so youth focused."

The source added that the idea of losing her Madonna 'identity' was unthinkable for the star and so the only hope for change, was "through her kids".

They concluded: "She doesn't want to hear it, but they won't let it go".

Not known for her shyness, Madonna regularly posts provocative snaps on social media, including a slew of naked snaps in protest at Instagram's ‘no nipple’ rule for women.
