Parts of the M5 motorway will be closed overnight tonight (Saturday, January 29), causing some disruption for weekend commuters.
Roadworks will see the M5 Southbound closed due to roadworks from junction 14 B4509 (Thornbury/Falfield) to junction 16 A38 Gloucester Road (Aztec West).
The closures will be in place from 10:30pm this evening until 6am tomorrow morning (Sunday, January 30).

Traffic reporting site Inrix have given an 'advanced warning' ahead of tonight's closures, in order for commuters to plan alternative routes.
As with all road closures, diversions will be in place but travel times may be slightly longer as a result.
