Luka Doncic has officially joined the Lakers following a significant trade that saw the Dallas Mavericks sending the superstar scorer to Los Angeles. The trade was confirmed as Doncic and general manager Rob Pelinka addressed the media at the Lakers' training complex on Tuesday morning.

In exchange for Doncic, the Lakers traded Anthony Davis and Max Christie in a three-team deal. Doncic, a five-time All-NBA selection and the reigning scoring champion, played a pivotal role in leading the Mavericks to the NBA Finals last season.
