Lauren James has been described as the player everybody has been talking about, by teammate Lucy Bronze following the Lionesses' 4-0 win over Korea Republic on Thursday evening.
It was an emphatic and brilliant display from the England team at the start of their Arnold Clark Cup title defence but it was Lauren James who stood out as the superstar on the field.
Throughout the entire game, James put on absolutely outstanding display going in for the ball and refusing to be taken down to get her chances, and finally ten minutes before the end of play, she got the goal that her performance deserved.
