Alex de Minaur has wasted no time in blasting into the semi-finals at the Rotterdam Open -- and his path to another ATP 500 final appearance has eased too.

De Minaur disposed of 'lucky loser' Daniel Altmaier in the quarter-finals on Friday, 6-1 6-4, but must have been casting his mind forward to a potentially rather more uncomfortable date with his perennial conqueror Stefanos Tsitspas in the semi-final.
