LUCKNOW: At least 85 more people tested Covid-19 positive in the past 24 hours, while 251 patients recovered in the same period. As a result, the number of active cases dropped to 959 on Tuesday.
Among new cases, 15 had influenza-like-symptoms.
“All those found positive are recovering in home isolation. We are closely monitoring their condition,” said chief medical officer Dr Manoj Agrawal.
Meanwhile, 35,086 people were vaccinated against Covid-19 in Lucknow in the drive conducted at 165 centres including 15 private hospitals on Tuesday. While 2,561 people got the first dose, 32,166 took the second and 359 received booster doses.
