Arsenal midfielder Lucas Torreira's agent has revealed the Uruguay international has a transfer 'pre-agreement' with La Liga side Valencia.
Torreira has spent the last two seasons out on-loan, with spells at Atletico Madrid and Fiorentina, and has been linked with a move away from the Emirates this summer. The Uruguay international excelled in Serie A last term, picking up three player of the month awards for the Italian side.
Despite rumours of a transfer away from the Gunners, Mikel Arteta included the Uruguayan midfielder in his pre-season squad for Arsenal's tour of the USA. The north Londoners have been linked with moves for the likes of Youri Tielemans, Sergej Milinkovic-Savic and Lucas Paqueta as the club look to strengthen Arteta's squad ahead of the 2022/23 season.

Torreira's agent admitted that the 26-year-old has reached a 'pre-agreement' with Valencia and is set for a meeting with Arsenal to discuss his future. Valencia boss Genaro Gattuso wants the Uruguayan to be a part of his squad next season after impressing at Fiorentina last season.
Torreira's exit could pave the way for the arrival of Tielemans from Leicester after the Belgian dropped a major transfer hint on Wednesday. football.london reported earlier this year that Tielemans' agent had a meeting with Gunners' technical director Edu at the club's London Colney training ground.
football.london understands that Arsenal have been holding off on finalising a deal for the Belgian but reports of other teams being interested in acquiring his services could change their stance. Manchester United are one of those teams that have identified the 25-year-old as a possible target with Erik ten Hag's side struggling to seal a deal for Barcelona star Frenkie de Jong.
