Lucas Paqueta feels the West Ham United squad are now on the same wavelength following a host of new arrivals this year.
The Hammers signed six first-team players in the summer transfer window. Paqueta arrived from Lyon and was joined by Flynn Downes from Swansea, Sassuolo's Gianluca Scamacca, Maxwel Cornet of Burnley, PSG's Thilo Kehrer and Emerson from London rivals Chelsea - spending over £100million in total fees.
With such a high number of players arriving in east London, David Moyes' side have so far struggled to match the highs of last season where they finished seventh and qualified for Europe.

Danny Ings then arrived in January to lead the line that only managed to find the back of the net 19 times before the weekend.
After 24 games this season, the club finds themselves in 16th place and only two points off relegation after beating Nottingham Forest 4-0 on Saturday.
And Paqueta, who played in the win at the London Stadium, believes that things are starting to improve as the squad continues to gel.
“The team made a lot of signings, and that makes it a bit difficult to get that understanding,” he told West Ham's official website, “but I think we are on the right track this year.
“We are on a better wavelength, getting to know each other better, getting the ball on the floor and playing.”
