The mother of Love Island contestant Jacques O'Neill has begged trolls to stop sending her nasty messages about her son.
Janet Wright recently took to Instagram a couple of days ago to share a snap of her with Jacques and addressed the trolls directly.
In the sweet photo, Jacques has his arm around his mum at what appears to be a sport game that she was supporting him at.
Janet captioned the post: "People sending nasty messages to me please can you stop it does hurt thank you."
Instagram users immediately took to the comments section to support Janet and try to make her feel better.
One person wrote: "Pay no attention. You're amazing!" while another commented: "Ignore the trolls! They troll because they don't have lives and have got nothing better to do."
A third person said: "Jacques is amazing, and you are the best mother from what I can see!" while a fourth added: "Hope you are all ok! He's doing amazing in love island. Don't let anyone put you down, lots of love."
It comes after former Love Island bombshell Remi Lambert labelled Jacques a "bully" after remarks he made towards him when he was in the Spanish villa.
Remi also claimed that Jacques "ruined" his overall experience on the show and he often had to stick up for himself during unaired altercations.
Chatting with fellow dumped star Afia Tonkmore, the Manchester-based model opened up about his brief time on the show - including the death threats he has received since returning home - and what Love Island viewers didn't get to see during his stay in the Villa.
"There was of lot stuff that wasn't aired - a lot of stuff going on," Remi confessed on YouTube series Reality with Will Njobvu.
"So basically, me and Jacques got into quite a lot of arguments and it just made my experience s**t.
"It ruined it for me. People were saying, "It's because he's got a rugby persona' - but you can't treat people like that," he added.
When pressed by Afia about what the clashes were about, Remi explained: "He was just trying to get on to me" before revealing the rugby player would constantly mimic his voice and say things like: "My name's Remi. I'm hard and I'm from Manny."
Remi said he was not the only male in the house that Jacques has been having secret clashes with, but he was alone in standing up for himself.
Love Island continues tonight at 9pm on ITV2 and ITV Hub.
