Love Island star Arabella Chi ‘dragged from car and attacked by two men’

Love Island star Arabella Chi was reportedly dragged from her car and attacked by two men from an organised crime group in Spain.

The TV personality, 32, was travelling by ferry from Ibiza to Barcelona with her father Paul when they were allegedly targeted by the group.

The tyres of her vehicle were reportedly slashed while on board the ferry before the gang locked her in the car on her own, using a high-tech device.

The influencer had been left on her own in the car with their suitcases after her father had realised an issue with their tyres and went to try to get a taxi.

During the terrifying ordeal, she then allegedly pleaded with them to let her keep her phone before they made off with her designer handbag, purse and passports.

Following the incident, she called her dad, who came back with Spanish police officers.

A source told the outlet: “Arabella heard the doors unlock before being dragged out. She was absolutely terrified – but she screamed and fought back.

“She had no idea what these men wanted and feared the worst. They raided the car for everything they could.”

The insider added: “Arabella is so shaken, but pleased to be back home. It was a hugely traumatic experience for both her and Paul, who is reeling.”

Chi, who is currently dating Manchester City footballer Ruben Dias, appeared on Love Island in 2019 alongside Molly-Mae Hague, Maura Higgins and Tommy Fury.

She entered the villa as a bombshell halfway through the season, and was dumped a week later after being coupled up with Danny Williams.

She previously dated fellow Love Island alum Wes Nelson but the pair split in 2020 after a nine-month relationship.

The Standard has contacted Arabella Chi’s representative for comment.
