Shaughna Phillips has given birth to her first child.
The former Islander, 28, excitedly took to Instagram to share the happy news and a sweet photo of her baby, writing: "My darling Lucia, I wish I had you sooner so I could love you longer.
"04/04/23. 8lb 8oz. 8:10pm."
Vicky Pattison was one of the first to comment on the new mum's announcement, writing: "Congratulations gorgeous girl."
Former Geordie Shore star Chloe Ferry added: "Congrats."
The happy announcement comes after a tough couple of months for Shaughna following the arrest of her boyfriend and baby daddy Billy Webb.
Shaughna revealed last month that Webb "isn't around" after he was arrested and charged with drug offences in January.
She previously said that people "don't know what to say" to her since the news of Webb's arrest broke - describing the awkward fact as "the elephant in the room".
Shaughna first announced in October that she was expecting her first baby, sharing the news of her pregnancy with footage of her having an ultrasound scan as well as clips of a positive pregnancy test.
The TV personality, who appeared on the sixth series of the ITV2 show, wrote alongside the footage documenting the pregnancy: "Our greatest chapter yet".
The video, which she shared with her 1.4 million followers, began with a clip of her attending a scan and also included footage of her excitedly showing off a positive test to the camera.
At the time, Shaughna had kept her boyfriend's identity a secret, first revealing his name with the clip of their baby scan which read: "Shaughna and Billy's baby," revealing her partner's name.
She has spoken out in the past on why she has kept her relationship out of the spotlight as well as giving more details about her partner.
"We knew each other as teenagers and we were in the same circles. But we’ve both had partners and it’s never really been the right time, she told OK!.
"We were friends beforehand and then we got together romantically around summer 2020."
Shaughna explained how the couple's relationship "fast-tracked" after they moved in together quickly during lockdown.
When she had her 20-week scan they discovered her baby's head was at the 'top of her belly, while the feet are at the bottom.'
At the time Shaughna said: "I'm a little nervous about that because if the position stays the same, I can't have the natural birth I want. I'll have to have a C-section.
"My doctors have said that babies turn all the time, so I have some time until week 35 – which is when I'll have to make the decision on whether to undergo a medical procedure to turn the baby around."
Shaughna added: "My brother was in breech with my mum and she had the procedure, but it didn't matter in the end because he turned back around before the birth. She also said the procedure was excruciating, so I don't know if I'll go down that route."
