Love Island star Paige Turley has officially confirmed her relationship with Finn Tapp is over.
The star discussed the split with Maya Jama on this evening's episode of Love Island Aftersun, two months on from it first being reported the couple had called time on their romance.
Paige and Finn met three years ago when they won the first winter edition of the ITV2 show in 2020 and appeared to be one of the show's strongest couples.
However, it was reported back in April that Scottish star Paige had moved out of the pair's Manchester home after the former couple "decided it wasn't forever in the end".
Neither Paige or Finn have explicitly confirmed the split - until now.
Chatting with Love Island host Maya earlier tonight, Paige confessed: "We’re still really good friends, we just drifted apart."
Speaking about the couple's split prior to Paige confirming things, a source said: "Paige and Finn had a really good run, but they are still super young and decided it wasn’t forever in the end.
"Paige is spending some time back in Scotland while she works out what she wants to do next," The Sun reported in April.
Finn and Paige swiftly moved into together after they won Love Island in 2020.
They went through Covid-19 lockdown together and Finn even got a tattoo of Paige's name.
Chatting exclusively to the Mirror at the start of this year, the former couple joked they were ready to join them in the Winter Love Island winners club.
Speaking ahead of the second series of the winter version of the show in South Africa, Finn joked: "I think we've milked for long enough now so it's time for someone else to get the crown.
"At the minute everyone [who has been on the show] has been to Majorca apart from us, so now we're going to [have more] who have been to South Africa."
Paige and Finn's love story began just weeks before the world shut down due to the Covid-19 pandemic beginning at the start of 2020 - meaning the new couple faced some unprecedented challenges at the start of their relationship.
But the two stars once thought lockdowns gave them a great basis to get to know each other without being distracted from showbiz parties and star-studded events.
"When we came out into the press debrief, they said to us 'this has come out, this and this etc' and then 'also, one more thing - there's a thing called Covid' but [implied] it was just a cold and that was kind of it until three weeks later [when lockdowns began]," Paige recalled in January.
"It was like 'there's a dangerous killer virus called Covid' and we were like 'shut up - who called me ugly online?' " Finn jokingly added as he and Paige chuckled.
"You just want to see the funniest memes about you."
