Amy Hart has been praised by fans for her honest bikini post after giving birth.
The former Love Island star gave birth to her first child earlier this year and has been showing off her stunning post partum body.
Followers have praised her for her realistic post, where she wore a bright blue bikini while enjoying the sun.
The 30-year-old took to her Instagram page where she shared the snap and wrote: "Girls just wanna have sun.
"[Picture 2 is my go to pose when I can’t actually see when the sun is too bright]"
Fans took to the comments to praise Amy's post partum figure.

Just a week ago Amy shared another bikini post where she wore a red two piece set.
She explained in her caption that she has had to "retrain" her brain to like her body after having her first baby.
Amy said that she has received messages from her followers who have also had babies saying they are too sacred to wear a bikini.
However, she went on to encourage her fans that is she can they can as well.
Amy wrote: "Retraining your entire brain to love your PP body was NOT in the pamphlet. But we move. Lots of you message me saying you’ve had a baby and you’re too scared to wear a bikini this year….but if I can, you can!!
She concluded: "Do it and be proud of your body! It did an amazing thing!"
Amy gave birth to her son Stanley back in March and has kept her followers updated since.
