Love Island viewers have slammed the 'creepy' age gap between two contestants after they were 'flirting' on tonight's episode. Gemma, 19, and Davide, 27, were seen chatting on the second episode of the newest series of the ITV show which aired on June 7.
Gemma, daughter of former England footballer Michael Owen, seemed keen to couple up with the Italian. But fans were quick to point out the age difference between them on social media.
Twitter user Riya wrote: "Every time Gemma and Davide flirt it makes me feel so uncomfortable a whole 8 year gap". Another tweeter, Ashley Bailey, wrote: "Can’t even deal with Davide and Gemma, it’s embarrassing and creepy".

While Skyla wrote: "IF 27 OLD DAVIDE COUPLES UP WITH 19 YEAR OLD GEMMA OFCOM WILL BE HEARING FROM ME." The latest episode of Love Island aired at 9pm tonight on ITV2.
