Those hoping to see Movie Night continued were left disappointed after tuning into Love Island on Saturday, July 16. The ITV2 dating series airs every night of the week except for Saturday nights, where a spin-off show called Unseen Bits broadcasts in its place.
It comes after an explosive episode aired on Friday night as the contestants sat down for Movie Night, a challenge that sees the boys and girls compete in a pub quiz in order to pick a short clip to watch. The clips showcase the secret - and not-so-secret - betrayals, stolen kisses and conversations had from the start of the series to now, including the show's biggest twist, Casa Amor.
Tensions began to rise in the villa as the contestants were shown a clip of Ekin-Su in bed with George and a montage called 'She's Just Not That Into You' which showed Gemma and Billy flirting in the kitchen. The episode ended on a cliffhanger with many keen to see how things unfold, but it seems some eager fans forgot they'd have to wait until Sunday night for the next instalment.

Tuning into Unseen Bits, one fan wrote: "How could I forget it's Unseen Bits today not an actual episode," while another added: "This is so boring I just want Movie Night."
A third questioned: "So we have to wait an extra night for movie night???? These producers hate us," and a fourth asked: "Am I watching the wrong show where the f**k is Movie Night."
"Thought I was gonna get Movie Night part 2 but it's just Unseen Bits," commented another.
Those keen to catch up on Love Island, however, will get a double bill on Sunday, July 17 with the show at 9pm and Aftersun, with presenter Laura Whitmore, straight after at 10pm. For more showbiz and television stories get our newsletter here.
