Love Island viewers have came up with a new theory involving rival Islanders Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu and Gemma Owen.
The stunning contestants have caused quite the stir since stepping foot into the Spanish villa last week.
Ekin-Su, 27, recently coupled up with Italian hunk Davide Sanclimenti, who was previously paired with Gemma.
Meanwhile, the 19-year-old daughter of former footballer Michael Owen has since moved on with Luca Bish.
But while the pair appear to have a similar taste in men, some fans believed they've spotted another link between Gemma and Ekin-Su.
During last night's instalment of the ITV2 dating show (June 12), fans took to Twitter to share a new theory that Ekin-Su is actually Gemma's mum!
One backed up their theory with a snap of Gemma alongside her real mum Louise, who looks pretty similar to Turkish-born actress Ekin-Su.
They wrote: "#LoveIsland Ekin-Su is not her big sister it’s her mum."
A second questioned: "Ekin-Su is her mum?"
Sadly, they may be disappointed to know that Ekin-Su is definitely not Gemma's mum.
The international dressage champion shares a close bond with her family.
And while her famous dad may have dubbed his daughter's stint on the ITV2 show "every father's worst nightmare", mum Louise has been far more supportive of her eldest child's reality TV dreams.
Last month, as Gemma celebrated turning 19, Louise - who married former Liverpool player Michael in 2005 - took to Instagram to share a slew of snaps of herself and her firstborn.
In the caption, she penned: ""Happy 19th Birthday to this beautiful queen @gem0wen.
"No words can describe how proud I am of you and what exciting times ahead for you!"
It comes after Gemma's ex-boyfriend, Jacques O'Neill, entered the villa on Sunday evening.
Following his entrance, Gemma watched from the balcony as Jacques went on dates with single girls Paige and Afia.
The former couple reportedly enjoyed a year-long romance before entering Love Island.
However, things are about to get even stranger for the equestrian.
Now reports have suggested Jacques isn’t the only past boyfriend of Gemma’s who will make his debut on the show.
Another ex named Cameron Green is also expected to enter the villa too.
But an ITV spokesperson has since confirmed that Gemma and Cameron knew each other before entering the villa, saying: “Gemma and Cam are friends.”
Love Island is on ITV2 at 9pm.
