Madonna's daughter thought it would be "easier" for them to record a song together than discuss the tensions between them.

The 68-year-old singer teamed up with Lourdes Leon, who is known as Lola, for The Test, a track on her latest album Confessions on a Dance Floor: Part II, and the 29-year-old star explained the musical moment was her idea because she and her mom have always "connected" through art.
