Lottie Tomlinson has shared a sweet photo of her boyfriend Lewis Burton carrying their newborn baby out of hospital, following the news that she had given birth.
It was announced yesterday that the model, 24, and the former professional tennis player, 30, have welcomed their first child together, whose name has yet to be revealed.
The news was confirmed on Instagram, with Lottie - the sister of singer Louis Tomlinson, 30 - having since shared a photo of her newborn son being taken home from hospital.
