Loose Women star Sophie Morgan said British Airways will pay for damage to her wheelchair after she flew with the airline.
The 38-year-old told fans on social media that her Batec, an attachment for a wheelchair that turns it into a mobility hand bike, was not working when she picked it up after leaving the plane. Sophie has been a user of a wheelchair since she was 18 after being involved in a car accident that left her paralysed from the chest down.
Taking to her Instagram stories on Saturday, she told fans while fighting back tears: “British Airways have said they are going to pay for any repairs or replacements that I need, because there’s an electric fault that’s happened.
