Denise Welch shared a before and after shot of herself as she reflects on her 10 years of sobriety from alcohol.
The ITV panelist and daytime personality took to Instagram to mark ten years since she walked away from alcohol. In the post, she shared the ten-year difference the decision has taken on her appearance, saying she's "got a few more wrinkles and lines". She also reflected on the emotional and social impacts the choice has made on her life.
The post read: "They have it. 10 yrs ago today I took my last alcoholic drink. Not a sherry trifle since and it’s been the best decision I ever made.
