Loose Women panelist Charlene White has reportedly become one of the latest stars to sign up for I'm A Celebrity.
The TV star is said to be joining the likes of Chris Moyles, 48, and Boy George, 61, on the next series of the ITV show, which is expected to return to our screens in the coming weeks.
It's been reported that Charlene, 42 – who fronts ITV News alongside Loose Women – will be flying out to Australia later this month for a stint in the jungle, it has been claimed.
Her involvement would see her follow in the footsteps of Loose Women co-stars including Linda Robson, 64, and Frankie Bridge, 33 – who took part in last year's series set in Wales.
A source told the Sun that Charlene is a "great signing," adding: "She's got some strong opinions, but is really personable and will be good value around the Aussie campfire".
They continued: "They hope her journalistic background means she will eke out some illuminating conversations from her campmates, which shouldn't be hard given some of the people she'll be sleeping in a bunk next to."
The source added that some of her campmates have "very colourful backgrounds" and so it's expected that the journalist may end up giving them a "proper grilling" in camp.
An ITV spokesperson has told the Mirror: "Any names suggested for I'm A Celebrity are just speculation. We'll announce our line up nearer the show's transmission."

Charlene has been a regular panelist on Loose Women since last year and she has presented broadcasts on ITV News for more than a decade.
It's rumoured that she will be joining the likes of Love Island's Olivia Attwood, 31, in the jungle, who is expected to become the first former Islander to ever do the show.
Other names rumoured to be taking part include stand-up comedian Seann Walsh, 36, singer Boy George and comedian Babatunde Aléshé, 36.
Meanwhile, the Mirror revealed that Chris Moyles will be heading into the jungle this year – 10 years after Ant and Dec pitched him at the top of their list of stars to take part in the gruelling ITV show.
The new series is set to air later this year, prior to the All Stars edition of I'm a Celebrity – which although having already been filmed in South Africa, will be airing next year.
