Tuesday's episode of Loose Women became rather heated as Janet Street-Porter and Coleen Nolan had a tense exchange with one another.
During the latest instalment of the ITV show, Janet offered to dunk her face in a large bowl of ice cold water in a nod to the latest TikTok trend.
Many people have taken to trying the unusual skin care routine which can help improve appearance as well as circulation and overall wellbeing.
As panelist Christine Lampard suggested that Janet and guest Greg Wise do so for as long as they can, Coleen quickly asked: "Can we make it five minutes?"
Janet pointed out that she can't actually hold her breath for that long, to which Coleen said: "I know, that's the point!"
"Do you want me to die live on air?" she asked Christine, Coleen and fellow panelist Beverley Knight, as Coleen quickly fired back: "A little bit!"
Janet, 75, gave it her best shot and initially managed to stay in the water longer than actor Greg, who was seen coming up for air.
Halfway through the exercise, Janet was heard shouting: "I'm only coming out to get my breath!" to which Coleen, 57, replied: "No honestly, you don't have to!"
Before this though, Coleen mentioned her secret birthday party as Janet commented: "Well you haven't invited me!"
"I didn't organise it Janet... you would have been first on the list," Coleen replied sarcastically, before asking: "When are we doing the dunking?"
Earlier this month, Coleen opened up about her alleged fall outs with some of her Loose Women co-stars.
While appearing on Lorraine Kelly's morning programme to mark International Women's Day, the presenter said that while the panellists don't always agree while discussing topics on the show, the disputes "end at the desk".
The presenter was chatting about the popular chat show alongside fellow Loose Women star Gloria Hunniford when, towards the end of the interview, Lorraine said: "You don't always agree but you've always got each other's backs."
Coleen responded: "It would be a very boring show if we all agreed on everything. That's what I love about it, but it ends at the desk. It never carries on afterwards, it's great."
Loose Women airs weekdays at 12:30pm on ITV and ITV Hub.
