Large tracts of the London Tube network will be shut on Tuesday, June 21, after Rail, Maritime, and Transport union (RMT) confirmed strike action would go ahead. Around 10,000 London Underground workers will walk out over a 24-hour period.
The London Underground strikes will coincide with the first day of national strike action across the railway network, which will take place on June 21, June 23, and June 25, and will see around 40,000 RMT members strike.
