There is significant disruption to London train services on Monday following a trackside fire.
The fire broke out on Sunday near Clapham Junction and has damaged signalling equipment, according to National Rail.
It says Southern and Gatwick Express services in and out of London Victoria station are expected to be disrupted until the end of the day.

Normal service resumes on District line

Disruption between Streatham and Tulse Hill

A fault with the signalling system continues to disrupt services between Streatham and Tulse Hill this afternoon.
Trains running between these stations may be revised to not run between Selhurst and Tulse Hill, or face delays.
This is impacting Southern services between Sutton, East Croydon, Selhurst and London Bridge, as well as Thameslink services between Sutton and Kentish Town, West Hampstead Thameslink, St Albans City and Luton.
The disruption is now expected until around 4pm.
District line delays

There are severe delays on the District Line between Tower Hill and Upminster due to an earlier fire alert at Plaistow.
London Buses, C2C and DLR are accepting valid tickets via any reasonable route.
There is a good service on the rest of the line.
Victoria line update

There are severe delays on the Victoria Line due to a track fault at Brixton.
Tickets are being accepted on London Buses, Weaver Line, Suffragette Line, Great Northern. Thameslink, Greater Anglia, South Western Railway and Southeastern services via any reasonable route.
Normal timetable to resume between Ore and London Victoria

Southern Rail is reporting that a normal service will resume between London Victoria and Eastbourne/Ore from 4.24pm this afternoon.
It follows almost a whole day of disruption after a trackside fire yesterday.
Two trains run every hour as part of the normal timetable.

As the evening rush hour looms, trains between Clapham Junction and London Victoria could be cancelled, delayed, diverted, or revised.

The exceptions are the Victoria line, which is facing minor delays to an earlier signal failure at Brixton, and the Northern line, which is part suspended between Edgware and Camden Town due to a passenger being taken unwell on a train.
How to get to Gatwick Airport?

It is worth checking before you travel as several Gatwick Express services from London Victoria to the airport have been cancelled.
This includes the 11.46, 12.40, and the 13.10 services.
However, a number of trains are still running - albeit at a reduced speed - and coach services to the airport are resuming as normal.
