London hospital pioneers new approach to hip and knee surgery

A London hospital has pioneered a new approach to orthopaedic surgery that allows patients to go home on the same day of their hip and knee replacement surgery.

Patients at Chase Farm Hospital in Enfield were able to go home just hours after their surgery ended.
