London council starts issuing speeding fines to cyclists

A London council has started issuing speeding fines for cyclists along a popular commuter route in south west London.

Parks and Events Police, employed by Wandsworth Council, have been handing out £50 penalty notices to cyclists who break a speed limit inTooting Bec Common, London Centric reported.
