Jerome Bettis is a name fans around the Pittsburgh area won’t forget anytime soon, or maybe ever. The legendary Steelers running back, who played from 1996–2005 with the team is also a member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame, inducted in 2015.
But even still, sometimes it’s easy to fail to piece two and two together, and that’s likely what happened for local Pittsburgh WPXI-TV reporter Gabriella DeLuca. The reporter admitted she thought Bettis was her Uber Eats driver when a car pulled up to her work.
Considering Bettis took a photo after, he was obviously a pretty good sport about it all. And on top of that, it created a great story she'll be able to talk about for years to come.
