LIZ Truss's disastrous radio interviews show that the Prime Minister is "completely out of touch with Scotland" and she should act now or step aside, the SNP has said.
The PM was quizzed by journalists at eight local BBC radio stations in England on Thursday morning as the fall-out from Chancellor Kwasi Kwarteng's mini-budget continued to grow.
After four days of silence as the pound fell and the Bank of England was forced to intervene to stop "mass insolvencies" of pension pots, Truss argued that her government had taken "urgent action" to get the economy going and defended the moves.
